This office created a unique service for their agents in providing an agent support center they could use for any marketing need, for which I was the sole graphic designer. This position required I be licensed as a real estate agent, as one of the duties was sitting at open houses. My main duties during the 3+ years with Windermere were design of marketing materials and drawings of houses etc.: flyers; business cards; invitations; plat maps, floor plans; renderings (pen & ink drawings of the houses, either from photos or blue prints); sign design for plats; logo design for builder clients; display ads; any support required by the agents…as well I assisted with the front desk: answering multi-line phone system; updating listing information daily; internet management; etc.
