Graphic Design for Print & Web Projects

Logos

Our visualize team works closely with each client in creating the most successful business identity (brand) possible for your business or organization. Below are just a few examples of recent, successful logo design and redesign projects:

eco-chic_logo
It’s always exciting to step out into your own space, and visual-ize has thoroughly enjoyed helping Reno Hair Stylist & Colorist, Shannon Gochnour, in creating her own brand, eco-chic hair.design. We’ve been there with her in the initial logo and brand development, and have had a wonderful time creating her business materials, such as her door sign and business cards. We are currently working on her website design ~ watch for it, coming soon!

TETON-HOUSE-logo
TETON HOUSE Restaurant — formerly Watson’s Bar and Sandwich Shop — is a new American Steakhouse (2017) located in historic Menan, Idaho, offering Local Idaho Meats and Produce and partnering with the Great NW for Fresh Seafood. visual-ize had the pleasure of working with proprietors Leo and Danielle from the beginning in branding their new enterprise, as well as creating their website — tetonhouserestaurant.com — business cards, menus, and more. Be sure to stop by this wonderful little steak house whenever you’re traveling through Southeast Idaho to Yellowstone or Jackson Hole!

Once a year visualize takes on a pro bono project for a non profit. In 2016, we worked with the Suicide Prevention Network, a non-profit agency located in Douglas County, Nevada, in designing a logo for their organization.

We went from a watercolor direction for the look and feel of the art, as a softly creative approach to a very delicate subject. We felt it was important to make it colorful so it attracts the eye and causes the viewer who needs it to WANT to approach it, rather than a somber, corporate, and more typical nonprofit brand direction. As well, we used a window frame idea, with the helping hands showing as “out of the box” (in green for an earthy, grounded, and calm feeling of the helper), shown to be releasing and offering ‘peace’ (the dove/olive branch, in blue tones for peace, calm) to the desperate hand IN the box (orange for passion, emotion), which is reaching desperately for the peace and help — but only one hand reaching for the peace, to represent the reticence that a suicidal person also feels. They WANT help, but they have the facade that they are “OK” at the same time, hanging on to themselves too. We used a hand drawn font type as well, again to work with the creative and compassionate feeling of the image, making the whole presentation more approachable while also being professional looking.

Wood-FireRoastedCoffee_Logo_rev2015
Logo redesign projects can be a lot of fun, as in the case of Wood-Fire Roasted Coffee Company out of Reno, Nevada. Although we needed to keep the important elements of the brand — the fire and coffee — we were able to translate those elements into a much more contemporary and fun direction, with more vibrant imagery, colors and fun font types. The brand redesign project included logo, business cards, updated e-newsletter, product labels, stickers, apparel, and much more!

BayAerials_NewLogo
Another exciting brand project more or less evolved while helping Bay Aerials Gymnastics, out of the San Francisco Bay Area, in redesigning some of their websites. During the site design process, it became clear to the client that the logo was outdated. They wanted to keep the main element — the movement and lightness of the dragonfly icon — so visual-ize simply upped their game with a new vibrant and playful color, font and layout direction.

JewelryBench_NewLogo2015
For this logo redesign project, we again needed to keep the important elements of the brand — the diamond icon and the blue color — while translating the whole into a much more contemporary, and timeless-classic direction. The brand redesign project included logo, business cards, signs, fliers, brochure, forms, and more — as well as website redesign (currently in process)!
